Graduation Ceremony – Jersey City, NJ
June 24, 2019

The Jersey City RASP chapter celebrated it’s annual graduation ceremony this Monday. Guest speaker, Abisai Verdin, opened the ceremony with words from the Apostle of Jesus Christ, Naason Joaquin Garcia, “My Profession to the Service of my Community.” He invited everyone to stand for the national anthem sang by Soprano Nimsi Carrillo and Altos Madai Carrillo and Angelina Hernandez.

We celebrated a total of 24 graduates, 5 high honor students, a Mock Trial competition winner and 2 adults who recently obtained their United States Citizenship.

During the intermission, RASP member, Judy Chicas played a beautiful clarinet piece.

The night ended with happiness, gratitude and unity. Guest speaker, Abraham Rodriguez, closed the ceremony with these words “Today more than ever, let’s show the world that we are a community that strives for personal, professional and academic achievements.”
